Our Story

Campbell and McGill Selections is a partnership between Bob Campbell and Kevin McGill, two wine aficionado's that have over six decades of combined experience in the industry. Our mission is to combine our knowledge and experience to offer a selection of fine wines and spirits at all price points from all over the world.

We work hard to ensure our selection is easily accessible to our customers through retailers and restaurants nationwide. Our goal is to create a strong and open connection at every step of the way from the producer to the consumer. We invite our customers to join us in our journey through the enjoyment within the wonderful world of wine.

Robert Campbell

Bob Campbell was born in Blantyre, Scotland. At the age of seven, Bob’s family immigrated to the United States. Growing up in the Detroit area, where his father worked as a machinist, Bob had no difficulty deciding engineering as a career path in college. Finding that sitting still behind a drafting desk was very difficult, Bob chose to explore a career that followed his experience in the restaurant business. This would be the foundation of his career for the last 30 years and his passion; wine. After passing the Advanced Sommelier examination from the Court of Master Sommeliers and 14 years experience in Restaurants and Hotels Bob joined the Robert Mondavi Winery where the knowledge and passion for wine grew to new heights. After leaving Robert Mondavi in 2000 Bob became involved in the start up and establishment of two Importers. He has 4 years of Sales and Marketing Management experience with distributors, and found his own business 2010.

Jayne O’Neil

Jayne has been in the alcohol business for over 20 years. She has 8 years of sales that include internal sales, on and off premise field sales, and key account management, over 10 years working in the Restaurant Profession in management, sales, serving and bartending, and over 3 years as a Store Manager for a large independent retail alcohol chain. She enjoys working in the field and getting to know the customers through the relationships that the sales rep developed. Working in the restaurant industry has taught her patience and it helped form her work ethic. Sharing her passion for wine and spirts with customers are one of many rewards she had while working retail. She has also had the pleasure of meeting amazing wine makers from family owned wineries. It is her great honor to work alongside family owned wineries and share their history.
