A Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Alexander valley that is made in the classic style of Anjou Pear and Crisp Apple with a rich middle pallet. To achieve this the wines is 50% Barrel Fermented in neutral barrels with wild native yeast and 50% stainless steel.
